15-Minute Discovery Call
A quick, no-pressure chat to see if we’re a good fit and talk through what you need.

Contract & Proposal
If it’s a match, I’ll send over a custom proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment — followed by a contract and first invoice to secure your spot.

New Client Intake Form
You’ll complete a comprehensive form that helps me understand your goals, brand, and background before our deep dive.

90-Minute Onboarding Call
We’ll map out strategy, priorities, and deliverables so we’re aligned on the vision and process from day one.

We Get to Work
Once everything’s in place, I dive in and start building. From there, communication and progress stay transparent and simple — always.

The Collaboration Process

Foundation
We gather everything — brand materials, inspiration, references, and any existing assets. This sets the tone and direction for the work ahead.

Strategy
We define the message and the market. Who we’re speaking to, what we’re saying, and how it needs to feel. This stage aligns goals, audience, and positioning so the creative has something real to stand on.

Copy
Once the strategy’s clear, we write. We refine the message through two to three rounds of revisions until every word feels right. Collaboration happens in Slack, and directly in the Google Doc where feedback is fast and easy. You want to polish that one sentence over and over again, I will wax on and wax off babe.

Design
When the words are locked, we move into design. That might mean visual assets, page layouts, or full builds inside your chosen platform. We go through two to three rounds of feedback here too — every detail gets attention. You want to nudge that text box over a few pixels? I’m going to say me too, girl!

Implementation
After design approval, if applicable, I handle setup and integration — funnels, automations, data tracking, whatever the project needs to run smoothly. You want to tag every little movement someone makes in your email funnel, I’m going to be your new private eye.

Refinement
Once everything’s live, in retainers, we review performance and make adjustments where needed. The goal isn’t just to finish a project — it’s to make sure it works and converts. Marketing is about testing and refining in a never-ending circle, and I’m here to help you do that!
